Every single session takes place in an atmosphere of mutual confidence. The fundamental laws of energy practice apply, which are the principles of Rainbow Reiki® according to Walter Lübeck.

These principles are personal responsibility, love and consciousness. With our treatments and therapies, we attempt to strengthen your ability to perceive the degree of control that you actually have on your life, instead of seeing it directed by others. But also your capability to recognize yourself in everyone else, to sympathize. We show you how to identify those elements in your life that help you master any problems - and to understand the sense of these problems in a global order.

Complete treatment with Reiki or Rainbow Reiki®

The fundament of the Reiki treatments we propose is the therapeutic art of laying on of hands according to Usui Shiki Ryoho of Dr. Mikao Usui (The System of Natural Healing with Reiki).

Reiki – what it is

The treatment itself consists of a series of hand positions on the head, torso, back and legs. In doing so, the universal vital energy Reiki flows out of the therapist's hands into your energy system where it becomes effective. The therapist is not obliged to touch you if you do not wish so. Reiki also acts when guided onto the body from a little distance.

Whether you will get traditional Reiki or enjoy Rainbow Reiki will be decided by the therapist according to your condition. At the beginning of each session, we establish a contact with you, we empathize with you and chose the adequate method accordingly.

It is also possible to take into account complementary therapies, either for an application during the treatment or for your own practice at home. If you wish, we recommend different concrete methods. We show you how to work with healing stones or healing mandalas, with natural elixirs or applications from the field of aromatherapy. These complementary components are able to considerably enhance the effects of a Reiki treatment. They are especially useful if you apply a few of these methods in your own energy practice at home.

In order to achieve profound transformations in the area of your habits and convictions (which often have a much higher influence on our decisions and our lifes than estimated), we propose the Mental Healing technique with Reiki, which you find explained below.

Reiki for mothers-to-be and their babies

In the frame of traditional Reiki, we have developed a special treatment responding particularly to the needs and requests of women expecting to give birth.

In order to maximize the wellness for you and the little being inside, the treatment considers especially:

• the typical discomfort during pregnancy (like heavy legs, back aches, digestive or sleep disorder),
• fear, nervous tensions, irritability and worries, in order to transform them in serenity and confidence,
• It procures calm, inner peace, enjoyable relaxation, a positive attitude as well as deep joy – to share with the baby inside of you
• and it accentuates the positive effects that you experience during this unique and special period of life.

Our Reiki sessions are at the same time a source of well-being for you as a pregnant woman, a loving attention of the special kind for the tiny child inside you – and a privilege for the therapist.

Mental Healing with Reiki for your emotional well-being

To resume and expand our inner freedom, to feel absolutely comfortable and genuine through the elimination of obsolete opinions and habits – these are the declared goals of the Mental Healing method with Reiki.

Reiki – the universal vital energy – ensures our natural and proper functioning on all levels, also in the mental-emotional realm. By means of this powerful method developed by Dr. Mikao Usui, Reiki energy is directed into our mental level. This is the area of our consciousness that harbours our convictions, habits and typical behaviour patterns. Reiki acts on these patterns, stimulates our self-healing capacities and helps us to overcome the obsolete ones and replace them by more adequate and healthier ones.

In order to support you in the resolution of a concrete problem or an imminent question, we have created, here at the Insitut Reiki Provence, a series of 7 sessions of Mental Healing, executed in a short period of time of 1 to 3 weeks. During these sessions, the therapist directs Reiki into the areas of your consciousness which needs help. To make sure to find the right area in view of the complexity of the mental level, we resort to methods assuring the cooperation of your Higher Self. This is to guarantee that all further energy practice is done according to your personal life plan.

The Reiki Mental Healing is perfectly suited to be accompanied by your own energy practice. If you wish we can show you various possibilities of concrete adequate techniques from which you can chose the one you like. For a practice done with lust and love is worth a lot. You can also add complementary therapy forms to support you on your way every day,  like the exercices with healing stones, essential oils, natural elixirs or others, always adapted to your needs and questioning.

This marvellous and gentle method permits to liberate yourself of  obsolete habits or inadequate behavioural patterns, and this with the help of your own self-healing power, stimulated by Reiki. New patterns emerge at the place of the old ones and they allow us to live in more happiness and harmony.
